Baked Fresh with Magic :)

I'm Meg and I'm a junior at JWU for Baking & Pastry Arts/FSM and a Disney CM! I did my first Disney Culinary Program from March-May 2012 at the Polynesian Resort Bakery and am gong down for my 2nd DCP from July-November 2013 to bake for EPCOT and the Food & Wine Festival. I'm currently a Campus Rep so I'm here to help! Come join my magical journey of dreams coming true!

Pixie Dust and Pastries: A Guide to DCP Transportation

First post in a series on DCP Transportation. What are the buses like? What is an example bus route? and why do people suggest bringing a car?

Leave you questions about DCP buses or any aspect of the program in the comments! Former or current CPs, leave your transportation experiences in the comments too!

Pixie Dust and Pastries: The DCP: 1 Year Later

It’s been 1 year since I boarded a plane from Florida to New Jersey

1 year since I had to say goodbye to the place that I love.

life hasn’t been the same for 1 year.

and it’s only 50 days til I go back :)

Don’t forget to leave your questions in the comments and rate!

Pixie Dust and Pastries: Q&A!

It’s Q&A time on Pixie Dust and Pastries! I mean, it always is, but I’m just stressing it tonight!

Ask ANYTHING and EVERYTHING you need to know about the DCP!

I can’t do this without YOUR questions! I’m just lounging around watching Harry Potter so GO GO GO!

Now that all my Disney stuff is back in Jersey, my DCP shelf is stocked again! Still have to figure out where to put my pins though…

Pixie Dust and Pastries: Thank You and Mahalo

Today marked 1 year since I clocked out of the Polynesian Resort for the last time. 1 year around this time, 10 pm-ish (that’s proper English right?) I was sitting on the benches outside to avoid the pouring rain waiting for the bus and I was crying SO hard. I absolutely did not want to leave. I tried not to cry (there is nothing I hate more than crying in front of people) but once I started saying goodbye, I couldn’t stop. I smuggled some Ohana Bread Pudding out with me, no luck.

But if you read this post, I learned a lot about myself and what I want. Disney used to be just an internship I wanted, now it’s the career I’m working for.

Don’t forget to rate my posts, and most importantly leave your questions and comments in the comments section!

culinary program kids!

so you all know I’m a pastry major whose eye twitches at the thought of meat cutting. I know a lot about the culinary program interview for culinary kids but I have a quick question so if you did the culinary program or went through their interview for culinary majors (not pastry, I know all about that :D) please message me, I have a question!

So for some reason unbeknownst to me, I’ve gained quite a few followers over the past few days!

Welcome to my blog! It’s a bit messy since it is multi-fandom but it is mostly Disney! I am here to help others with the Disney College Program, specifically the Disney Culinary Program since I did it last Spring and return in July to bake for Epcot and the Food & Wine Festival! Pretty cool, huh?

If you want a strictly DCP blog check out my other blog, same name, same concept, just strictly DCP! There, you can leave questions, comments and suggestions in the comments box! You can even rate the posts!

Don’t be afraid to leave questions here, or just stop by to say hi!
